Principle:The biochemical incubator mainly uses thermoelectric resistance wire and compressor for temperature adjustment,achieving temperature control.At the same time,a humidifier is used for humidity adjustment to achieve humidity control.When the working temperature of the biochemical incubator deviates from the given value,if the temperature rises,the temperature sensing bridge outputs a signal,which is amplified and controlled by the compressor to reduce the temperature of the box.If the temperature is lower than the given value,the electric heating pipe heats the heating pipeline and inputs hot air to the box through the fan,causing the temperature inside the box to quickly rise and reach equilibrium.If the humidity in the incubator is low,the humidity sensing bridge will output signals,the humidity control system will work,and the humidifier will conduct spray;on the contrary,the compressor will work to cool when dehumidification is required,bringing out the moisture in the incubator,achieving the purpose of dehumidification,and stabilizing the incubator humidity.(Common temperature:25.0C)Structure:SPX series biochemical incubator consists of five main parts:cabinet,temperature control system,high and low temperature conversion system,gas circulation system,lighting system,etc.
